To help our small businesses avoid these missteps (and just generally make shipping more pleasant for everyone), we launched Discount Shipping Labels — an Ecwid service that allows you to print package labels right from your control panel and at the lowest possible cost.

- It’s convenient. Everything happens in the Ecwid admin. You don’t need to have a 3rd-party account to order the shipping labels. No need to remember access credentials and share credit card information.
- It’s automated. The shipping labels are automatically prefilled to save you time and avoid typos.
How to Print Labels
You can find the shipping labels tool in "order details."
To print a shipping label for an order:
- Log in to your Ecwid store, and go to My Sales → Orders → View Order.
- Click the "Buy shipping label" link in the right column to go to the shipping label settings.
- If the necessary information to ship the order was completed, you’ll see a bright green "Buy Shipping Label" button. If additional information is required, the button will appear faded, and the tool will guide you through locating and completing the missing information.
- Before purchasing a shipping label, you can select the package type provided by the carrier.
- Then when you’re ready, click the "Buy shipping label" button to purchase and print your new shipping label.

Discount Shipping Labels is available for Venture, Business, and Unlimited plans. Compare the plans to learn more about the benefits and find other useful tools you might need.
Only United States based stores can use the shipping labels service right now. If your business is located in the United States and you ship from the United States you’re good to go. Read how to edit your store’s physical location.
Shipping labels work only for US domestic deliveries. You can print labels sending products from the United States to the United States. Learn how to set up shipping in the admin panel.
The feature works only with USPS deliveries at the moment. This is the most popular carrier across our US users.
It’s only a beginning! Right at this moment we’re working hard to improve the feature and extend its capabilities to make your shipping more comfortable, flexible and profitable. In the near future we will:

- integrate with more carriers;
- unlock cross-border deliveries.
